The DRUMMIX mobile asphalt plant is a system that is easy to transport and quickly deployed anywhere the customer wants. DRUMMIX is available in different capacity models, namely 80 / 120 / 160 tons/hour. DRUMMIX produces steadily even with different capacities. Ensures energy saving. This product is a new generation of mobile asphalt plant that can be easily transported on the move with towing equipment and deployed at the location to which it is towed.
Drying and mixing drum
- The drying drum has a special cascade mechanism for passing the material through a hot air stream. Bitumen and filler are added to the mixing section.
- There are 4 rotating drying drums, each driven by a separate motor with gearboxes.
- As a new generation design, the speed control devices are integrated into the automatic control system.
- The inner blades of the drying drum can be easily removed and installed thanks to a special design. The long mixing section ensures excellent quality.
Bitumen system
- The options for electric, oil and fire tube heating systems are customer-selectable and all units are trailed. They can be quickly and easily installed at the factory and
- Deployed.
- All pipelines are heated and the amount of bitumen is automatically monitored by a
- mass flow meter.
- The temperature of the mixture is measured by an accurate and stable infrared thermometer and used for automatic (PID) control.
Chain elevator for loading onto a truck
- The mixed material is transferred through a chain conveyor to be loaded onto the truck platform. A storage hopper with a pneumatically controlled lid allows sufficient time for continuous truck loading.
Wet type dust collector
- Where emission requirements are not strict, a wet-type collector can be offered. Coarse dust passes through a water sprayer and then through a cyclone along with fine dust particles. The resulting waste is sent to a collection pit.
Optional dry dust collector
- Dust-rich air can be filtered with fabric (nomex) bag filters if required by law. An exhaust fan mounted on the main frame draws air through the specially designed fabric bag filters. The material collected in this way (i.e., the filler) is returned to the mixing section of the drum.
